1. Who qualifies

• You held an active Premium plan (90-Day Exam Pass, Monthly, or Annual) for at least 30 days before your exam date.
• You sat the ARRT Radiography registry exam during or within 30 days after your access period.
• You completed at least one full-length mock exam in the app before test day (it's the single best predictor we can give you — we want you using it).

2. How to claim

1. Email [email protected] from your account email within 30 days of receiving your result.
2. Attach your ARRT score report (we only need the result line — feel free to redact everything else).
3. We extend your Premium access in 90-day blocks, free, until you pass. No re-purchase, no new card charge.

3. The fine print, in plain words

• The guarantee extends access — it isn't a cash refund. Refunds are covered separately by our 30-day refund policy.
• One guarantee per person per exam type. Retake extensions continue as long as you keep sitting the exam.
• We may ask you to verify identity to prevent abuse. We'll never ask for more than the result.

Why we offer this

Exam prep only works if you trust it enough to actually use it. Putting our access on the line keeps the incentives honest: if our 1,800+ questions, mock exams, and readiness tools don't get you through, the cost of that is ours, not yours.
